My mother passed in Oct. of 2021. This funeral home was chosen by her husband as the funeral home. Its now Dec. 1st and I still have yet to recieve her remains. Paul is very inconsiderate and lacks the compassion needed for this line of work. From being told I did not need to see my mother, once I flew in 24 hrs after her passing, to comments about "why does it matter" to a change in his story every single time you speak with him. I did not choose this funeral home for my mother, nor would I recomendarion anyone use this service for their family pet. My mother deserved so much more respect and Paul doesn't have the capacity to provide an ounce of respect to the dead nor an ounce of compassion to grieving family. I am only giving a one star because it requires you to give at least a one star rating. I would rather give a negative stars.

Extremely poor customer service. Very rude receptionist. Trying to take advantage of a grieving family. I always held this business in very high regards until actually having them take care of my mother-in-law's funeral. Highly unprofessional business - should be avoided.
