I can't believe the stress they put my mom through. From start it was a joke they couldn't get the date of death right on the paperwork my mom also had to correct the spelling of her name on the paperwork. Wanted money right away they got it then her card information was used immediately so obviously system isn't secure. She called several times calls never returned! Family had to step in and start making calls to get someone to reach out and let her know what was going on! It took 3 weeks to get my dad's ashes! Don't recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional and insensitive in my book!

I was taken advantage of when my husband passed away. I was told I needed to pay IMMEDIATELY and that Medicaid would reimburse me. I obviously wasn’t thinking straight after being in the hospital for 2 months so I paid. The social security administration informed me that they flat out lied to me and that Medicaid would have paid the funeral home. This is after 4 months of trying to reach the funeral home to resolve this, but they just took my money and stopped responding. If you google this company, you will see they have lawsuits and multiple complaints. EDIT: I have been trying to contact the manager since December who specifically received my cremation assistance form and said they would take care of it. If this company does not handle Medicaid, why did I have to turn in my cremation assistance to them per the manager? And then when I did turn it in, why was I not informed this was the incorrect company to do so? Again, this was four months ago. I was told “You have to pay us immediately and then we will have Medicaid reimburse you”. Plus, it was literally the manager (4 months later) who told me to contact the SSA office as they handle Medicaid. So I’m not sure what the person replying is talking about.
