I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and empathy shown by this funeral home during a time when our family was grieving. From the beginning, all options for the burial service should have been presented, especially when we expressed concerns about affordability. Instead, we felt cornered and unsupported. Whether or not a person has life insurance, compassion should be at the forefront of these conversations, but unfortunately, that was missing. No family should have to feel as if their backs are against the wall during such a difficult time. Despite the poor communication and lack of empathy, I will acknowledge that the funeral home did a good job with the actual service for my family member, which is the only positive takeaway from this experience.

Worst customer service. Failed to communicate effectively. Nice work done on love one, but need to work on communication skills. This process was supposed to be easy for the grieving family, but unfortunately it was not.

Started prepping a family member when he was told NOT TO do anything at all !!! He was told by MULTIPLE family members including my grandmother, to hold off as he reinsured our family that he wouldn't do anything... Proceeds to do what he wanted to do anything and now expecting my family to pay for what he was said he wasn't going to !! NO SYMPATHY ! NO RESPECT for the family ! Just unprofessionalism !!
