Many years ago, my mother prepaid her cremation here. When she passed away, I was so grateful. It was a huge burden I didn't have to deal with. Two weeks after her own death I was in a almost fatal accident, and that's when they found a huge 5 inch cancer on my liver. You never know what life will bring you. Thank God Rose was there and handled everything with mom so glass smoothly. All I had to do was pick up the cremains. Now that I'm staring at my own death in liver failure, Rose is there for me, too. We completed arrangements yesterday, and my son, too, will be spared from dealing with my own cremation. This is an amazingly kind and compassionate organization. You cannot have a better friend than this in your darkest hour. Please, make your arrangements now, when the decisions are easy and can be made with no pressure. They will guide you through this with no pressure, only compassion. This can be your final act of love for your family. Take the opportunity.

They take their time and there is no pushing you to hurry or trying to upsell for their benefit. They are totally there for you in one of the worst times of your life. I give it a five star! Shout out to Luis Lopez and Desert Rose Heather Cremation & Burial. Our father passed unexpectedly and me and the other two siblings had to fly to Tuscon quickly to start managing his affairs. Luis was polite, professional, and extremely practical with giving us the advice we needed and helping us check off the various boxes we needed to check to get everything situated. We never felt pressured or unclear about anything. He used his words carefully and was a calming presence in an otherwise chaotic four day period.
