Irene and her staff at Head Duarte went above and beyond in taking care of our dad, including coming out to speak with dad about what he wanted in week prior to his passing. They did an amazing job carrying out his wishes and were in constant communication with us. Dad looked like he did before he had cancer, he looked happy and peaceful. The funeral programs were beautiful and slide show was lovely and brought back so many great memories. Our mom ended up hospitalized the day before the funeral and she couldn't attend; Irene got in contact with Cody Salazar who live streamed the funeral so that mom and my brother could be with us from the hospital room. There are no words to truly express how grateful we are for everything Head Duarte Funeral Home did for our family.

Irene really works and cares for her customers, definitely went above my expectations.
