I can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team. They were consummate professionals from our very first contact all the way through the burial. Mark and his team always handled my late father with respect and dignity, even in the way Mark spoke to us about the whole process and what decisions we needed to make. Mark showed up to the funeral on time and did an excellent job putting a personal touch on the ceremony. He did a great job in preparing my father and making sure he looked his best. Mark was also helpful in instructing the pallbearers on the process and how and where to carry the casket. True to his word, Mark stayed with my late father throughout the entire process until the casket was in the ground and buried. His prices were more than reasonable and transparent, making an extremely stressful time at least somewhat more bearable.
