I had the unfortunate news to here that my dad past away. I was contacted by Charles Hayes the funeral owners. Me been from out of state. Charles Hayes told me that he would take care of my father before my arrival to Oklahoma. Charles and his family answer all my concerns they went way and beyond and they made me and my siblings feel at home Thank you Charles and your family. First, our loved one was embalmed before they ever spoke to us $695.00 We had already decided on cremation and therefore no embalming was necessary Then the day of our service 3 of the last names in our service were mispronounced including the name we descended from Didn't realize you were charged for rehersal We also requested a Catholic burial....there was no reference made Then apparently a guest from our service left a spot/stain on one of the pews and they couldn't even wait til the service was over to start cleaning it but the piece de resistance was when an 80yo member of our service who was gasping for air tried to sit in a chair close to the door to catch her breath......was asked not to sit in the chair cuz he believed she had something on her pants. Wow?!? It took every fiber of my being....... Shame on them for making this about anything or anyone other than my lost loved one and for taking advantage of someone's grief
