From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism. They asked questions about me and my loved one making it about us and not the numbers. From there, I knew my husband would be in good hands and treated with dignity and respect. Everything ran seamlessly down to every little detail we requested. They made this difficult process much easier to navigate through.

On behalf of my mother and my entire family, I want to thank Tommy and his entire staff for the experience that we had while preparing and dealing with the passing of my grandfather. Back in January we came in to make pre-arrangements for his service. We initially met with with Brandy and she was absolutely AMAZING!! When my dad recently passed, we decided to use Harwell, despite a long history our family had (and horrible experience) with using another local and well known, funeral home. We are so glad that we chose them. Tommy Davis sat with our family, explained the process, and worked with us patiently when there were issues with the insurance. He did an excellent job with daddy's remains, understood our grief, and was supportive through it all. I'm so grateful to Tommy and his wife for their efforts. He didn't treat us as just another payday, like other homes would have. My brother and I will be eternally grateful.
