We were referred to Hartson’s by our pastor when my dad unexpectedly passed away. I interacted with both Bob and Tina who were so understanding and kind with my questions. We have never lost a loved one, and I felt their friendliness and compassion to help guide us through the process was top notch. I understand it’s a tough industry to work in when you’re around those who are in such immense pain from the loss of a loved one, but each time I contacted them they never treated me like I was a bother. They handled everything for us, and I felt like my dad was treated with respect and dignity while in their care. I had a few issues with pictures posted in the obituary, and Tina went over it with me on the phone, and was so quick and patient with me. When my sister called for updates, they made sure to do it quickly as well. Prior to the cremation, Bob was supportive on the phone as well. He was very lovely to chat with, and I felt comfortable given the circumstances of our loss. Thank you, not only for your care of my dad, but compassion with my family as well.

During a time of uncertainty and full of emotion, Hartson Funeral Home made us feel at ease. We worked with Bob for the cremation of my mother, and instantly felt care and sympathy throughout the process. We didn't feel pressured about anything and Bob took all the time we needed to answer questions and explain the process. When you lose a loved one it’s like your mind goes to another dimension in time. My first encounter was with Tina. 100% caring and compassionate. She made the start of the process easy to understand and had all the answers to my needs and concerns. Second was Bob. The arrangements. Also very caring and compassionate. Went over everything necessary and wasn’t annoyed with explaining options available to me. Last we have the office. Sweet Merry…very efficient and helpful. I’m so thankful for Hartson Funeral Home.
