I walked into Harrod Brothers shocked and bewildered. From the first minute, Will Harrod and Lauren Prichard were caring, patient, thorough and professional. They presented options but never tried to push anything on me. Lauren even went to the cemetery office with me to help me buy a plot. After my wife was taken care of, I went back and made prearrangements for myself. Again Lauren was thorough, professional and compassionate.
