Have always used Harper Swickard for our family funerals. Gerald has always been very helpful in guiding us through our emotional process of family members final goodbye. I have also had the privilege of doing some of my personal clients hair for their final viewing. The staff has been nothing but professional in all of our visits. I think they should receive more than 5 stars for what they do.

Gerald has always been very professional and we have always used this funeral home. I seen a review that said he was rude and unprofessional I have known Gerald for years I find it hard to believe he was rude.

The funeral director was rude during our meeting for making funeral arrangements and during our service. He made comments like "do you even have the resources to pay for a funeral?" "You don't seem like people who want to hear about god, if im reading you correctly" "you guys need to wrap this up, we need to get to the cemetary"(as we were saying our final goodbye) and in the middle of our service he came up to me and said "i need money for the grave digger immediately". Also my dads make up was terrible and splotchy, you could see the bruises and discoloration on his hands and arms, you could see paper towels around my dads neck, his clothes were just tossed on him and and you could see the brace they put over his body through his clothes. My family has always used this funeral home and never had a problem until now. The man was unprofessional and rude and they did a horrible job preparing my dad's body for the visitation. Very very disappointed.
