Haisley is 5 star all the way. From the time they picked up my husband to the moment they handed me his ashes. They showed such compassion. When they picked up my husband, being that he was a veteran, they draped a knitted flag blanket over him that was beautiful. He would have been so proud. At the office of Haisley, everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful especially since this was my first time having to make arrangements for a loved one. They gave me a checklist of people to notify and guidelines of what should be done. The immediate phone calls of when the Death Certificate and ashes was received was very much appreciated. Working at a funeral home takes special human beings, the staff at the Bayshore location was top notch, it is never easy to lose a loved one, from the first phone call you could hear the compassion and willingness to help make this difficult time an easier process, going through paperwork explaining the process answering questions.
