From beginning to end was horrible service from every staff member! They are supposed to TREAT YOU WITH SYMPATHY!!! That was not the case, when we walked in Anna seemed overwhelmed stressing over who knows what?! We asked to be heard and walk through what needed to be done. She started by telling us we were to many in her office and that she was casto phobic. Like really!!? Hello we just lost my father and grandfather here!!! I automatically knew we were into a bad situation. When you know you know… her fridge for our cold waters never worked she said she would bring ice 🧊 that never happened hot day in July 104 degrees, coffee only one pot was made we where grieving. I was only told this after the service was done by family members!! Her answer “ I’m sorry “. I I was embarrassed since we had over 100 pple there…. And her son in law the worse!! I’m moving all my services else where! Please please be aware! God bless you and your lo ove ones.

If I can I would give this place zero dam stars. Lack of communication, we completed everything they asked us to do. Never got a call back, no updates and already more than 3 weeks and yet still have not sent my grandmother’s body to its destination. They will be hearing from the CFB soon.
