We recently had to bury my MIL. She had a prepaid funeral. The manager was so rude and was all about the money and letting our family know every chance he got that he was not making any money off of this funeral because it had been paid for so long ago. He had no class and no compassion for our family. He couldn’t even keep small details straight. The office also called my SIL asking questions totally unrelated to my MIL. Then her response was, oh I called the wrong family. Not the time to make a mistake like this. I was so disappointed. Guajardo used to be a class act.

Ben and his employees are amazing! My husband and I haven't lived in the Lubbock area for 7 years, but our lives changed forever unexpectedly on 1/19/24. As we were visiting family for the Christmas Holiday I went into pre-term labor. While in the NICU, our son developed an infection called NEC and passed away 20 days after he was born. While in Lubbock we decided to have the memorial service in Lubbock and cremate his tiny little body. With that being said Ben and his team did so much for us in such little time. They went beyond for our family. I honestly don't know how I can truly repay him and his team. Thank you guys so much for everything! We highly recommend this place!
