When a loved one passes, it is difficult to think straight. Grove Memorial Chapel helped us through our loss in every way. Albert respected our time on the day my dad passed. My dad was a veteran. They contacted the Marines to be at the cemetary. Dave guided us through the visitation. They asked all the right questions so we could memorialize dad in a loving way. Albert, David, and Jeff were wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond to serve us. Our mother saw a casket over thirty years ago that she said she wanted, and they were able to find it, and they did a great job preparing our mother for her viewing. Albert listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and didn’t try to upsell us. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Albert, David, and Jeff made it less stressful, so we were able to honor our mother like we wanted.
