Serenity is absolutely amazing. They were kind and patient. The representatives at this company provide so much peace in very difficult times. Jeanie is exceptional in her guidance and direction of getting your loved ones final wishes completed. The whole entire staff there deserves a huge KUDOS! Thank you for everything you done, for me and my family.

I have used this place in the past and every thing had gone above and beyond! But, my papaw passed away in February and I had to wait nearly 5 hours for him to be picked up! That is an extremely long time when you are unable to go to restroom do to the location of the body! Then they tried to make me pay extra for death certificates. The price of them had not gone up since the prepaid was taken out! After using this company a could times I was shocked on how rude and the level of care had changed!

Waited a year to leave this review as I have been so angry everytime I go to leave one. Last year my father passed in June, he had (as did his deceased wife) a prepaid cremation policy. When she passed a few years before everything went smoothly. Well his didn't, they picked him up and I was told I needed to come in. When I got there I told them that he had a prepaid policy, I was rudely told there were new owners and that the price had gone up and I needed to pay the difference to get his remains. Felt like it was a ransom and had no other choice. My family paid the difference. What was supposed to be a few days turned into over a week as I was told that he wasn't a priority and that there were others to take care of first. Found out they were using the cremetory of another funeral home and called the owner there. After explaining everything that had happened to that point he said he would take care of it, and he did. I had my dad's remains in 2 days when I was told it would be much longer. This still bothers me as I feel it was improperly handled by the staff. Which the lady told me her husband was the manager and when I asked to speak to him, I never got to. I have told my family to let me rot if this place is their only option for me to go to when I die. Yes it may sound hateful but after the way we were treated that's how I feel.
