I wish I could give this place zero Stars. My mom passed away on January 5th 2024. One of the requests I had made was to have a lock of my mother's hair, the only physical part I could keep of her. I made sure to have told the funeral home director Ruth multiple times during the requests that I made sure she wrote it down to have a lock of my mom's hair. During the process I had to call the funeral home to get updates and it took over a month just to get some of her remains back. They also kept telling me that they would give me a call back on updates but they never did. My brother just recently got the last of our keepsakes and It's half a year and I still haven't gotten my mother's lock of hair. I am part native American and hair is a big significance to our culture. I wanted her hair for her burial services so I could tie our hair together as a sign of our bond but that didn't happen because of the negligence of this facility. This has caused me so much emotional distress and makes me wonder on how they actually handle your families body. They told me that they couldn't find her hair because they was in a box and they were moving but yet they have been in the same establishments for years. I had told them look. If you had forgotten about my request you could have said so instead of telling me lies. Also they refuse to give me the paperwork of my requests. Ruth is the most disrespectful person I have ever met and this is the most unprofessional place I have ever been! Please for the love of God, do not take your family members here!

When our family was going through the grieving process the staff here made everything a little easier for us. They were very friendly and professional. All of our needs were met and it certainly was the appropriate service for my brother in law.
