I'm leaving 3 stars for one reason only. While we had an absolutely STELLAR experience with Mel from the NLR office, I cannot say enough negative things about Tiffany at the Conway office. We were horribly--HORRIBLY--disappointed in Tiffany's (lack of) services for my father. He was left un-embalmed in a refrigerator for ELEVEN DAYS while we waited and waited...unaware that signatures and paperwork were required to proceed to the next steps and complete the process. Under any circumstances, this is unacceptable. Both my brother and I had spoken numerous times (at least a dozen) to Tiffany, but not one time was there any mention of needing signatures. Mel came in and saved the day for Griffin Leggett, without a doubt. Within 24 hours, Mel had gotten all the business taken care of, obtained the proper signatures, and my father was taken care of in a very expeditious manner--as it should have been. Mel was an absolute godsend, and I have not one negative word to say about her. But I will say that the overall experience has guaranteed that the remainder of my family will not only stay away from prepaid arrangements, but any future arrangements will not be with Griffin Leggett if they were the only funeral home in existence...and I hate that I feel that way. If you're working with Mel in the NLR offices, you have not a thing to worry about.

Such a wonderful experience during a difficult loss in our family. My deepest appreciation goes to Allen Taylor - what a wonderful man. He was so kind and thoughtful while ensuring I was informed of all details. His personal and gentle communications was such a blessing and comfort in the midst of our sorrows. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you Griffin Legget for your service and the care you showed me and my family.
