HORRIFIC Experience! I would have given Zero if I could!! I see most good reviews are older Well mine is Recent !! 2 weeks ago! Very BAD Experience!! No Comfort or compassion shown for our family’s loss of my wonderful brother 😢 He deserved so much more! And a funeral director surely doesn’t need to discuss other clients who have passed away and their condition at death while you are making your arrangements for your loved one!! Such a Terrible and Cold place now, but it didn’t used to be. Needless to say we are NEVER going back there! We went to Colbert to finalize my brothers business so we wouldn’t have to go here again! Also: The day of what was supposed to be a “viewing” we had about 20 family members there with us and Did NOT get a viewing before cremation as we had ask for! We saw him in the tiny makeup room in bad condition in which we will never forget and forgive them for ! Our families could not believe the Situation we were dealing with and the Coldness of the Staff! 💔 I hope and pray no one else has to endure what we did 🙏🏻

How do I begin 😔 Very Unprofessional, very Rude, No Compassion! I pray that no family has to experience what mine did ! Expecting to see your loved one in a private dignified viewing before cremation only to be lead to a cold unfeeling Makeup Room with his body lying on a steel table , clothed in what was sent by family , not draped with a blanket or cloth of any kind! No apologies, no discussion on what went wrong with the arrangements , just a constant verbal of "extra cost money" Which had been discussed and decided by family when they made the arrangements with Greenview! I am sorry the employees there have lost all their care and compassion for people but I believe if that is the case they should not be in that business!!!!

I wish I could have commented without giving a star because in my opinion they don’t deserve even one. A very dear friend of mine passed recently. He was an incredible person and loved by so many, it just breaks my heart that he wasn’t treated with the utmost respect that he deserved. What his family had to endure during the most stressful time in their lives is unacceptable. I realize people make mistakes and in a normal situation an apology would in the least be given to the family. But this was no mistake and the rudeness that was displayed by the staff towards this precious family was without a doubt the most horrible experience that anyone should have to go through and the family will be haunted by this for the rest of their life. And the fact that they discussed another person’s information with them is so disturbing. How many other people did he discuss this with? Makes you wonder what they are saying about other families loved ones that have passed. I for one will never use this place and if I am given the opportunity to advise anyone not to use them I will definitely do so.
