She guided me through the process of making the funeral arrangements for my Father. She took her time, never rushing me to make an decision, and not only answered all my questions, but made sure I understood all the steps involved in the process. Her kindness and compassion warmed my heart, which made my time of sadness, a little lighter knowing I was in her caring hands.
