The service was lovely. There were two lady staff members who were very kind and helpful with my special needs 4 year old. They spoke with her, showed her the Christmas decorations, and offered her coloring books. I really appreciate their patience and understanding.

The funeral home staff was so awesome; however, the monument person is not so great....we have been waiting for over 5 months for the date of death to be engraved on my father's headstone (been there for 16 years since our mom passed away) and we were told that it should be done before Memorial Day.....that is crazy!!!!!!!!!!!! There is NO REASON that it should take 5-6 months for a date of death to be put on a headstone that is already in the ground! NONE!!!!!!! The rest of the staff is fantastic, but not the monument guy.....it breaks my heart that it is still not done.
