I thought John was very nice and knowledgeable. He addressed each of our questions with care and expertise. We had a special request for the casket and he took care of it with no problems. There were a couple of issues. One of the pall bearer's names was misspelled and the obituary was put in the wrong newspaper. Maybe a proof reading by the family and a double check on the requested newspaper would work. Just a thought.

Small parking lot, but plenty of nearby street parking. Bathrooms are basic and clean. Facility is organized nicely with good flow.
