If I could give this a minus zero I would the funeral director Jeff Walker is the biggest jerk to put it nicely. He was rude to my mom and my aunt. He gave us an attitude when ever we requested a simple thing of more chairs. He is the most inconsiderate person that I have met. He should not be working with families going through the death of their loved ones. He got in my moms face because she took cards off the flowers. Can't stress enough if you have a loved one pass away DO NOT go to this funeral home. Run the other way unless you want to be treated like CRAP!

I have never done business with this funeral home . And it has fairly good reviews. However but aftw reading a few i find one very disturbing to read and if it is true then I probably would dont do any business with Grace Manor ether . Why would a funeral home treat a person and their family so badly in there weakest and darkness's time? It is already a hard time dealing with the lost of an love one. But then having to deal bad business been unprofessional that has your love ones you resulted in. Ma'am if you ever read this and you feel the funeral home did you injustices I would like a complaint with the Oklahoma board of funeral directors and embalmers or the Oklahoma general attoneeys office .I hope that the funeral he reached out to this family and made things right .can the. Funeral home give some form of explanation to why this person would make should collocations ?
