I was extremely impressed with this place. Chad took great care of my husband’s funeral and left no detail undone. The Draper facility is beautiful with a comfortable feel. He was flexible with our personal wishes, the flowers were stunning, the makeup very well done (it’s not as easy as people think!), and I totally recommend this place! Goff has handled our end of life needs for two generations. The older Goffs were remarkable for their compassion and service. The new generation is 180 degrees from that. There were too many glitches to mention in this small space but an overall summary is that the new crew was inconsiderate to us and our guests, rude, cross, and abrupt when talking to us, inconsiderate of our basic needs (like bringing a drink of water), and overall poorly suited to this type of work.
