Owner is rude, watched presumably his son vaping in the hurst while transporting my deceased love one. I asked the owner if he could bring something to elevate the urn so it was more prominent among flowers. His reaction to what I thought was a simple (and probably common) request was strong and offensive—he made me feel like my request was inappropriate and claimed he had never been asked such a thing in his whatever years of experience. Also the prayer cards he offers for free reflect the price—they’re junk. On the day of the services the owner rushed us and was cold and borderline rude. Saying good bye to a loved one is hard enough. Find another funeral home that can offer you kindness, empathy and respect. This one isn’t it.
