I feel bad because this review is almost 2 years late... but not due to lack of appreciation for the lovely people who work here. I am so grateful to them for making my father's death in April 2022 much easier to bear by being so helpful, compassionate, and easy to work with. I'd NEVER had to plan a funeral. Not even a part of one. And my mom, bless her, has a fairly severe memory problem so it was mostly up to me to handle it all. But they made the process very easy! They practically held my hand as they walked me & my Mom through EVERYTHING. And they even dealt directly with the life insurance company, so we didn't have to spend a penny out of pocket! The entire process from the planning through the funeral itself couldn't have gone smoother. I don't believe anyone could find a funeral home that can top these folks! And even though I've never planned a funeral before, so I've never paid for one before either, obviously, I have heard enough about the cost of funerals to feel like the cost of Dad's funeral was very reasonable! And it was a VERY nice service, with a little luncheon afterwards. TO THE STAFF: I cannot thank you all enough for EVERYTHING, and my mom and I will always be grateful to you for helping us through what was one of... if not THE toughest time in our lives. May your business grow by leaps & bounds, & I wish you eternal success! God bless. ❤️

I would like to thank George and his staff. My Grandmother was beautiful it was so hard to say goodbye to someone that’s been in my life forever but they had so much compassion for us. My Daddy's service was already a difficult occasion, but it was upsetting with the hurried treatment we received from the staff. My dad looked great but people came too far to see us, and they rushed us out of the funeral home into the limo, like cattle. The whole service was rushed and unprofessional. You hurried us out the door while speaking of how you're sorry for our loss. Our family and friends were upset. Would you be pleased if this was done to your family? What can be done about this??? Something should be done here, for no family should experience what we endured. I was told the media was going to be contracted out to handle the YouTube and presentation but it was my family who had to handle it as we were grieving during the service. We were told it was our fault!! We are requesting a refund on media services not rendered. This was a traumatic and painful experience that is a permanent memory forever!
