We had the best possible experience with the funeral home during the worst possible time for our family this past fall of 2017. Michael and the staff were very patient while we made tough decisions, sympathetic to what we were going through, had great attention to detail, surprisingly well makeup skills, and were a step ahead of us on everything. They were open minded on several special requests and followed through with arrangements that saved us time while we had trouble thinking clearly. Thank you very much :)

My children were assured by the director that their father's body would be made available for them to say goodbye (as they were the next of kin) the day of his burial. My son had to take a plane to get there. The service was to be delayed. When family and friends arrived at the funeral home the procession had left "quite a while ago". Both son and daughter and other friends and relatives missed their father being laid to rest. All were devistated.
