Dan Ciha and his team are true professionals who did EVERYTHING right and more on the passing of my brother in law, Gerry Howard. I could instantly feel the compassion and caring before Dan even sat down to get information about Gerry. My husband and I have been looking to make arrangements for our passing. Dan is caring where others are strictly business. We recommend and will preplan with Gay and Ciha, knowing our wishes will be carried out and then some! Thank you Dan and team.

We are grateful for the care/ service that was provided by Dan Chia. He took the time to understand my mother in laws wishes as well as my husband’s. It was comforting because he made you feel cared for and listened to. He made a hard process not so difficult and we appreciate everything he did for us. We definitely recommend this funeral home.

My aunt suddenly passed away in early September but Gay & Ciha were very understanding and professional in all aspects of the funeral and cremation process. Although I was not the primary contact with Dan and his team, I did have to coordinate various items with them. They replied very promptly and were courteous. Most of all, they were highly respectful of the family's decisions and sensitive to their grieving and emotional needs. I was impressed by how quickly they got everything organized and also how they adapted as much as they could to meet the family's needs (e.g., having a simultaneous live virtual broadcast to family across the world). I am glad they were able to help my aunt's family feel at ease about this process. Planning a funeral amidst such sudden tragedy is very hard and complicated, but Gay & Ciha were good, gentle and gracious guides each step along the way. The funeral service itself was beautiful and went smoothly, including catering lunch outside. We are grateful for their support.
