I was born and raised in Mt Olive and this funeral home is the only one my family deals with and not once did i ever hear a bad complaint from them..Thank u Mrs Barfield and Family♥️

LOVE - just like FAMILY took the time to go over everything patiently. Things I forgot or didn’t know they were there to help me though the process. Ty was very responsive to my text or phone calls. Dasmine sung a solo of the song that he didn’t even know I was planning in my car the entire week prior. He knew my aunt and made her look just like herself sleeping peacefully with a slight smile. I didn’t get names of everyone but there was a lady who made beautiful programs and another lady who has a wonderful smile and offer to help us should we need anything. Oh and Mrs. Best who offered her condolences and remembered our family and my mamas cabbage. Our family has utilized the services of Garris Funeral Home for years and has always provided excellent service. ❤️

I use to think It was a good funeral home until my dad passed away. She was so unprofessional! Just messy at its best. If you know mount olive you know how people run their mouth didn’t matter that it was an emotional moment for me at all. His funeral was not conducted in the right manner. His motorcycle club was suppose to bring him in but the funeral cars wanted to go 35 miles a hour so his motorcycle club was just sitting and waiting for us to get there. They took orders from somebody that didn’t have no say so dealing with my fathers death. Instead of them figuring out who was the beneficiary was first they just went on and planned his whole funeral. Until it got down to the money portion then that’s when they wanted to listen at me. And with them doing so nothing was not done right for him like he would of wanted it to be. I been to some funerals and by far my daddy funeral was the worst!!!!!
