I must begin with Ms.Gail , she is wonderful ! From the first phone call she made me feel like part of her family . The warm tone in her voice made me feel as though everything would be ok . I loss my mom a week ago and I have adopted Ms.Gail as part of my family the only family I now have. I must also mention my mom looked BEAUTIFUL! She had a natural look not like most viewings I have been to ,she was perfect and had a smile on her face. I felt so much better seeing my mom looking like perfection thanks to (Aunty Gail ) as I will now refer to her as ❤️ If you want to feel like part of a family and 100 percent satisfied with your loved one service , Gail &Wynn is the place Thank you so much ! I wouldn’t recommend funeral services at this place for my dog! My cousin didn’t even look like himself and the staff was very rude and defensive. They didn’t do his hair and stated that they don’t do the hair and looked like they just threw him together and put him in the casket with no regard at the last minute for the viewing. They only allowed the family one hour to view before the public viewing and stated that they do not usually have the family to view a day prior to the public viewing. Just totally unprofessional and unsatisfactory work. Not to mention they placed him in the wrong grave spot that was suppose to be for another person whose funeral what the sane day earlier that morning and had to switch the bodies after the fact. They stated that they could not open the casket to ensure the corpse was being placed in the correct plot and the family had to threaten them with a lawyer to resolve the issue! Please don’t take your loved ones to this place!!!!

Mr. Wynn is a very rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful man. As we mourn the death of our Mother, he showed no care or concern, and displayed frustration for my whole family to see. It's saddening that he represents such a business. Everyone else we encountered were very nice and understanding and even apologized for Mr. Wynn's actions but his actions were unacceptable.
