I appreciate the respect and care taken by the staff at Furness Funeral Home in handling my dads funeral. Kelly and Brenda's empathy help my mom and I tremendously in all facets from preparation to the final service. They have checked in on us to see how we were doing since my dads passing, This is a business with a heart.

Kelsey and Brenda recently helped us through the funeral process in the most professional manner. From our first meeting at the funeral home until days after the service, they were available for phone calls, texts and emails. They were respectful of our wishes, gave us clear instructions of what we needed to do and where we needed to be and were understanding and sympathetic as we went through the process. We truly felt like we had a friend walking us through this experience.

When our Mom passed away, we could not have asked for more kindness and compassion from Kelsey as she came to the nursing home to help us process all the next steps. Over the coming days, she and Brenda were there explaining everything- from the obituary, the cremation, the service, flowers- even putting together a slideshow for us. Despite the sadness in our hearts, they were so gracious and caring, you couldn't help but feel blessed by God for the love and attention they gave for our needs. Thank you very, very much to the entire Furness staff and family for serving our family in such a beautiful way.
