On behalf of our family, we would like to express our gratitude to all the staff at Del Angel Funeraria Central. Everyone to include the greeters and front desk attendants were very attentive and kind. We would like to give a special thank you to the Funeral Director, Rebecca Subia, who was very sensitive, thoughtful and kind throughout the process. Ms. Subia’s quiet demeanor gave my family the assurance we needed and put our minds at ease as we made the many difficult decisions throughout a very stressful process. Joetta’s skill and talent was amazingly creative when she displayed my mother’s portraits and personal items while telling a story of her life. Joetta’s beautiful display added a special touch to the services which surpassed our expectations. Thank you all for your kindness and attentiveness.

I used the funeral services for the cremation of my husband. Teresa Garcia called me to make an appointment for May 20, 2024 at 4:30 pm to pick up his ashes. My sister and I arrived at 4:20 pm and told the receptionist that we had a 4:30 pm with Teresa. He went to the office to notify Teresa. At 5 pm the receptionist told us that Teresa was very busy with phone calls and would not be able to attend to me. The receptionist gave me my husband ashes in front where another funeral service that was going on at the same time and a lot of people were present. Teresa did not have the courtesy to tell me that her phone calls were more important and did not instruct the receptionist to at least take me to a private room to give me my husband’s ashes and go over the paperwork to make sure it was correct. The situation I endured left me disappointed at their lack of empathy and professionalism.

There was a misunderstanding on the 1st day. Teresa and the staff apologized and really put a lot of effort to give us services that were professional and caring. Our loved one looked at peace and restful. I would recommend their services. A piece of advice, it's very important that next of kin be given to the coroner . Next of kin will be responsible for service arrangements. Also my loved one had a preplan and they fulfilled it totally to what I and what my love one would have wanted. Thank you Teresa and staff
