I was such a mess when I was looking for a place to cremate my darling mother who had died. Mr. Taylor was so kind, professional and humane at the hardest time of my life. My brain and my eyes weren’t working well from the shock of dealing with my mother’s death. He was exceptional and has continued to be even when I received her ashes. Started the process of arrangements a year and a half ago for my mother. Mr. Taylor was so helpful and kind. In late September 2022 when my mother passed my sister followed up for cremation and Mr. Taylor was on it with arrangements and was comforting to her. I came in from Miami to pick up the ashes and fell ill in the morning and Mr. Taylor took the drive to deliver them to me. I am so grateful.
