Greg was an absolute Blessing from God. He was so caring and compassionate; so helpful. He has such a kind way about him. He always gave me as much time as I needed and he was always there for me to answer any questions. He explained everything so clearly and wonderfully. The mortuary itself is very clean and very peaceful. I appreciated the fact that they had many options, including the very simple option that I needed. In my family’s time of need to make funeral arrangements for a loved one Greg assisted us in the most professional, respectful and caring way possible. His demeanor and etiquette was on par with what would be expected if he were a part of the family. No question or accommodation was too much to ask for even in the midst of a pandemic. He allowed for us to hold our services in a safe manner while still keeping a traditional feel to everything. This place needs a 10-star button. Greg was so helpful and kind. I told him my mother’s wishes and he explained exactly what was needed, and more importantly what was not need. He could have easily overcharged me for things I did not know about. When the cemetery tried to screw me, Greg fixed it. When my wacko sister made some strange demands about my mother’s gold teeth Greg handled it with patience and compassion. And this wasn’t a large service where I was spending a ton of money, this was just a private internment with only me, my sister, husband and step-son present. Ferrara obviously runs their business with honesty and integrity. I promise you, you will not be disappointed with the services you receive from them.
