I could not have picked a better place to care for my father after his passing other than Frost Funeral Homes!!! After calling around 10 different places, spanning from Kingsport to Bristol and then Abingdon, I finally spoke with Josh. After a few minutes into the phone call of me asking questions, I knew this was the place I would end up choosing to help with the services. It was a Friday evening at 4:40pm, I remember it well. I felt like I was running out of time. Soon it would be the weekend. Businesses would be closing and they wouldn't want to be thorough with me about pricing and so forth. But Josh was. He was familiar with the area, the community, the churches and even the locals who cared for the very small cemeteries around us. I never felt pushed to buy more and spend more. If anything, I felt like he understood that a funeral can be a financial burden for a family and he let me implement many things that would help me financially. He was patient, very thorough, knowledgeable, but most of all, he genuinely cared. Not a fake kind of caring because it was his job. But, a true type of caring because that's who he is and what he represents for himself and the company. And he wasn't the only one. At the services, the other two men who joined to help with the funeral itself, were nothing short of amazing too. They spoke with us like they had known us for years. They wouldn't let us lift a finger to help and were very respectful, kind, funny and exactly the type of people who should be in this business. (Please forgive me, I didn't remember their names because of the emotions of the funeral & not thinking straight). But, I wanted to thank Jack for employing and trusting such great people in his business. Thank you for keeping compassion in your business and instilling it in your people. Thank you to the staff and all of their hard work helping me during one of the hardest times of my life. May God bless all of you, your families and all future endeavors. Thank you!

Jack Frost and his team are topnotch at what they do, they made a very difficult time less stressful. They made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted down to making sure flowers were kept away from me due to my allergies. LEISA S.
