I cannot thank Laura enough for the care and professionalism she provided to me and my brothers during such a difficult time. Losing a loved one is never easy, but Laura made sure we never felt pressured into making decisions we weren’t comfortable with. She presented us with options, guided us through the process, and patiently answered every question we had. The funeral service she arranged truly honored my family member’s life. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect, helping us through a very emotional experience. After the funeral, Carla stepped in to help with the aftercare, and her support was invaluable. She went out of her way to assist me with understanding my family member's estate, and the fact that it was completely complimentary helped ease my stress. Instead of constantly being reminded of the family member's passing and facing piles of paperwork, Carla offered to assist. Her assistance allowed me to focus on healing rather than the overwhelming logistics, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

My husband and I have used French's for the cremation of my mother- and father-in-law, as well as our son a couple of years ago.
