The great experience started when I called and spoke with Patrick. He was so warm and genuine. He helped guide us and answered all of my questions plus provided some insight to the process. Marlena helped us from there and she was so helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Larry helped towards the end of the time we had reserved and his assistance upheld the same exemplary standard that had been presented to us through out the entire difficult process. I would recommend this funeral home to everyone and they earned all 5 stars. Flawless and professionalism at its best!

Been using Fred C Dames for years and Wouldn't consider anyone else in the Morris and Joliet area. As a matter of fact I'm going to make my pre-arrangements with them.

Very clean. Food area way to small if multiple wakes occurring. Weird senior CITIZEN sit by coffee machine and offer none or assist in any way I'm guessing somebody's relative to the owners. Parking lot nice size. Prices reasonable always expect funeral types to get you guilt upgrades.
