There are not enough kind words to say about Colin, Hailey, Sandy, Nancy and Marlowe. Our family has faced much sorrow in the past five years, and without the help of these caring people (Marlowe too!) we wouldn't have known which direction to head first. They know exactly what families need in their time of pain, often without having to ask. They take their compassion, knowledge and love of community and put it wholeheartedly into creating beautiful, peaceful setting for families, easing family hearts and minds so they can focus on remembering those they have lost. Thank you again to all of you at Franzen-Davis, I know our family couldn't have made it through all this without you!

There is never a "good time" or the "right time" to prepare for that which is inevitable . . . saying "good-bye" to those we love is THE hardest thing in the world to do . . . you're never prepared, even if you think you "might" be (and this is, of course, solely speaking for myself) . . . It is with a very heartfelt "THANK YOU!" that I write this review . . . Colin and Hailey took an "unbearable" situation, and made it "bearable" . . . from my very first call, right up until picking up the urns carrying my beloved Mom and Dad . . . it is all because of THEIR ABSOLUTE UNWAIVERING DEDICATION TO THEIR PROFESSION AND THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT THIS IS TRUE! Colin and Hailey understand the "heart" and "loss," and that which is devastating . . . their kindness and compassion and empathy mean the world to me! I will be forever grateful to Colin & Hailey, and will always remember their kindness . . .

I don’t even want to give this place a one star for the service my family received from this place! How dare the owner to treat my family the way he did for asking a simple question. We ask about the price we were looking at for my grandmother service and he had the audacity to get upset for asking a simple question and asked to leave his business and told us we ruined his Sunday when he asked us to come in on a Sunday. Then proceeds to tells us that he’s too emotional to deal with us. EXCUSE ME, he’s too emotional? What about the grieving family sitting in front of you who just lost our loved the day before! Never let your loved one go to this business new owners are greedy and have no respect for families who are grieving over a loss. All he cared about was money and that wasn’t a problem for us clearly as we are willing to pay someone else more money to take her away from such a toxic place! Horrible service and doesn’t even respect the Covid laws and refused to wear a mask!
