I EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF MY MOM’S FRIENDS AND FAMILY OVERSEAS BEING ABLE TO WATCH THE SERVICE AND UNFORTUNATELY THAT DID NOT HAPPEN ! MY MOM HAD A BEAUTIFUL SERVICE AND THE BEGINNING OF THE SERVICE WAS NOT RECORDED AND WHEN THE VIDEO DID START IT WAS DURING THE TRIBUTES AND THE ZOOM VIEWERS COULD NOT EVEN HEAR THAT. THE ONLY THING CLEAR FOR THE ZOOM VIEWERS WAS THE EULOGY, SO BASICALLY THE END OF THE SERVICE ! ALSO, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SERVICE, MY MOM’S SLIDESHOW WAS CHANGED TO ANOTHER DECEASED PERSON!!! PEOPLE IN THE CROWD HAD TO GO TELL THEM TO CHANGE IT BACK!!!!! Smh DO NOT WASTE YOUR LOVED ONES INSURANCE MONEY OR YOUR MONEY! I CRY EVERY TIME SOMEONE ASKS ME ABOUT HER SERVICE VIDEO.

This Funeral Home are Scammers. They falsely forged my fathers girlfriend name on his death certificate knowing that she wasn’t married nor in a domesticated partnership. Then when my sister and I tried to get her name off The Director Did not want to meet with us she brushed us off and told her assistant to deal with us. They then allowed the girlfriend to have my fathers body dug Back up from six feet and moved to another cemetery where she ordered No one to see MY Father. They tried to make the funeral home All about the girlfriend and my father No pictures with his Us Or anyone in the family where we had to do our own slide show which seemed to bother not only the Girlfriend But the director as well they’re scammers and fakes And Will Be Held Accountable For the rules that follow under FTC it’s sad and disgusting that they allowed this type of mischievous act and have the nerve to not hold responsibility and it is Unacceptable And I Will Win Against Them
