I cannot say enough good things about Frank and his staff. From our initial meeting to discuss service and burial details through the graveside service, everything was handled wonderfully. I highly recommend Hill funeral Home in Westerville.

Hill Funeral Home is very helpful when you need help with funeral arrangements and had everything taken care with excellent service. The staff there was like family and was kind and understanding. I highly recommend this for any arrangements you need for your family and know that they're in good hands and will be treated respectfully.

My grandmother died on 1/8/23. Her funeral service was 1/14/23. In October 2023, I spoke to Holly at Hill Funeral Home, informing her that the headstone for my grandmother had not been updated to include the date of her death. After two weeks of back and forth with no movement, Hill Funeral Home claimed it was their contractor, RAR Monuments, that was responsible for engraving the headstone, and they were not responding. In the week that followed, I was told multiple times by Holly that owner, Frank Hill, had personally called and/or texted his contact at RAR, and still no response had been received. On November 7th, after another week with no update from Hill, I had a brief conversation with Holly, in which she informed me that RAR finally responded, and that the headstone would be engraved with her death date by the end of November 2023. She said my call caught her by surprise as she believed I was already informed of this update from Frank Hill. I was not. As of the date of this review, 12/5/23, a total of 325 days after her funeral service, her headstone has still not been updated with her death date.
