both carlos and gina from the time they picked up my father all the way to the funeral procession where we passed my dad's home on the way to the cemetery and gina put a flower on the door (which i have not seen before done) to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff on the days of the viewing to the professionalism of the driver of the hearse as well even to the checklist sent afterwards of things to do, the whole experience in my opinion and my family's opinion as well, ALL WAS EXCELLENT! thank you all again!
