This is the absolute worst and unprofessional funeral home I have ever dealt with. My mother in law passed on 9/1/23. Its been 9mths and I still do not have a death certificate. Every time I call I speak with someone different. Carol says she will call me back but never does. I spoke with Gail who contradicts what Carol says. I asked Gail to speak with her manager, she refused. I asked for a name, she also refused to give a manager's name. I will NEVER recommend this FH. If you do not want the run-around, if you do not want unprofessional individuals handling your loved ones affairs, do not use this funeral home. I will also be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

They cremated my father before I could sign any paper work. Then we didn't get the ashes until almost a month or more later. They are unprofessional in the office and one who works in the business. They should be ashamed.

Francis Funeral Home was used for my mother's funeral arrangements. The intake was good. Simone gave excellent customer service. Where they failed was in communication. I emailed the obituary info and pics to them as instructed. They did not return my email or calls. Two days before the funeral I still had no communication from them about the printing of the program. They hadn't even sent the info to the printer. I had to keep calling them just to get somebody to talk to me. They were supposed to order a dress for the body. But they had the family in confusion two days before the funeral tell us they were waiting for us to provide the dress. It turned out that they did have the dress already. So, they had us stressing out for nothing thinking we had to rush and buy or find a dress from somewhere. Then they gave the death certificates to a cousin instead of to me or my brother who are the heirs and the responsible parties that signed the contract. That caused a lot of upset from my brother I had to deal with. They claimed they tried to contact me, but they didn't. I received not one email, phone call, or letter from them. Before I left the state to go back home I confirmed with them in person that they had my correct contact info. They lost some of the insurance paperwork that various family members signed to pay for their service, but told me the insurance company was the hold up. The insurance company hadn't received anything from them. I know they lied, because they asked at least one relative to go sign the same paperwork again. Now I get a message from a different cousin who is upset because they sent her a bill when she had nothing to do with owing anything. They did not contact me at all. This funeral home needs to do better with communication and organization. Funerals are hard enough on families. The funeral home shouldn't screw up like this adding to the stress.
