Renee, of Fournier & Fournier, is the most kind, patient and understanding. I went in to plan the services for my mother, not having any idea of what I wanted. She was patient while I talked through different ideas and allowed me to create a custom service for my mother. She answered endless questions and never judged how mundane they were. The service for my mother was filled with all her favorite things- family photos, bright florals and monkeys. Renee allowed me to customize everything and was an incredible source of support.

I have knee problems. I was quietly sitting on the front steps to rest my knees. I was told that no one is allowed to sit there. They weren't particularly pleasant about it, though they weren't as rude as they could have been either. I guess I just expected people in that business to be a bit more compassionate.
