The funeral director, Anita, and the entire staff were sincerely concerned for the well being of the family and very compassionate. She did a phenomenal job with my husband and he looked so good and like he had never been sick. They exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. Thank You again from the bottom of my heart.

I want to thank everyone at Fountain Memorial for the wonderful job they did setting up the Chapel for my son's celebration of life. Went to identify the body of my friend who passed away. While viewing her body, we received a lecture from the woman who worked there on the dangers of drug use... I think we already got that point when staring at the body of what was a bright, beautiful, and genuine woman. This worker was extremely insensitive to the fact that our dear friend, who was a wife, a daughter, and a mother had been taken from us. We left feeling very judged and upset. A year later I think about this often and wish we were given some alone time with her and some comforting words instead of a lecture that seemed to be out of a place of judgement rather than care. This worker need better training on comforting people, who have to identify a body, especially in regards to traumatic deaths. We were already devastated and did not need a third party, who didn't even know her, to bring up the cause of her death. I wish there was more support and empathy shown.
