I hadn’t ever experienced something so traumatic and sad at the same time in my life. But Gina, since the first day i called just asking for prices, was super nice, explained everything clear and honest. Helped us with all the paper work and picking up my cousin. We felt taken care of. She even called everyday to see how everything was going and said bye to us, me and my family in the best way. All the way there till the day we got his ashes and travel back home with him!! Thank you all at Forest. The experience was completely peaceful and loved! Thank you all specially Gine. Ashley and Gina were perfect to work with. They made the memorial of my father completely stress-free. With the venue and arrangements, my father's family and friends were able to celebrate him one more time together. Such a beautiful space, that made going through challenging times, less so. Forest North was a Godsend. I live in Texas so making funeral in Brooklyn was a daunting task but thanks to the owner and staff this task was not so daunting. I had called quite a few funeral homes for pricing before being directed to Forest North. The cremation price was lower than quotes I had been getting. The staff was professional and caring in all the phone calls from and to me. I can't recommend them enough, if I had to do it all over again, they would be my first call.
