UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Cynthia never in the office when I go or when I call. She take forever to call back, not to mention her nasty attitude. They took almost 2 years to complete a grave site that was paid in full!!! Cash money ! People always say support BLACK BUSINESSES BUT OUR OWN PEOPLE ARE THE REASON WE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. They moved my moms previous head stone and “disposed of it”? Why? And it was ours!!!! We paid for it!! I would’ve given them 0 stars if that was possible . I am so disgusted . O/10 recommendation baby . Never will I ever deal with them again. Pray Opelousas pray !

There’s an employee there that will not only verbally speak your private information but she has gone as far as making copies & calling institutions to cause strife & in a time of pain & grief she stirred the pot between family members & provided them with documents. I have text messages, audio & signed affidavits on this woman! I sat back as I was advised & waited as I was advised……..This was scary & traumatizing! I heard of “messy” situations yet I had never experienced it until our tragic lost & I decided to use this company & encountered this ______! #I DO NOT KNOW YOU #Apparently YOU DO NOT KNOW US # This is scary & traumatic
