The team with whom we dealt provided exemplary service for my father’s final rest alongside Mom. Each of the staff was sincerely apologetic for my family’s loss; they were compassionate, courteous, professional, and guided us through the steps my father had pre-arranged. The full military honors ceremony was not pre-arranged, however. That was a very nice suggestion by Paul and his crew when they realized that Dad was a retired USAF Vietnam-era flyer. Big shoutout to the Ceremonial Honor Guard from Patrick SFB, too!

The loss of a loved one is a time in life where you are on an emotional rollercoaster ride. I met with Paul Hope on a weekday midday due to my work schedule. Paul was very accommodating and understanding that I was juggling work and planning a funeral. He quickly brought James Bullinger into our appointment who was also respectful of my time. Both men were professional and compassionate. My questions were answered as well as the expectations of what was to come. In no time the details were worked out for my grandfather’s funeral. There was a few loose ends that needed to be tied up and every experience I had with Paul and the rest of the staff was a great experience. I have no complaint and would recommend anyone I know to consult with Paul to plan ahead for their funeral. Or if they did not plan ahead to meet with him. Thank you to all that assisted me and my family during this difficult time. Amazing service received.

Florida Memorial Gardens was wonderful to deal with. They assisted us with the burial of my sister and arranging our own future funeral plans. We feel so relived that our plans are now finalized.
