We had a very positive experience working with the people at Floral Hills. They spent extra time with us to make sure everything was just how we wanted it to be. They were down-to-earth, caring and professional.

I recently visited Floral Hills twice with my family to discuss cremation and funeral arrangements for my parents, and lay my fathers ashes to rest. I found the office ran smoothly and everything was taken care of for us.. the only negative I would note is that the person helping with these arrangements was trying to use humor to lighten the mood and missed the mark. My stepmother did not understand he was joking around, and I wished he would have realized he was making her uncomfortable. I would suggest he needs to read the room better because my stepmother was asking serious questions and almost every inquiry was answered with sarcasm or a joke. Not every reply needs to be a quip or witty retort... especially if the person you're joking with is obviously not picking up on it.

The passing of my wife was a very emotional time in my life. Even with 50 years of advanced planning, and the working knowledge of many neighbors and loved ones, who had passed before , without the staff at floral hills the almost insurmountable logistical problems of timing and weather, would not have allowed the service to proceed. A special thanks to Teya who coordinated the many unseen aspects, of the funeral.
