Our family was so pleased with the service and kindness we received following my husbands passing. Alex was exceptional with details and always had extra time to explain each step of the process. She was always quick to answer emails and text from me or any other family member. Prairie Waters event center was the perfect place to hold the calling. It was beautiful and peaceful with all the windows and balcony looking out over the water. It was set up by Alex and her staff with all my husbands pictures and memorabilia in a very appealing way. She even went above and beyond to make the small yellow roses with the grandkids and grand pups names on them personally so they could keep them as a remembrance of my husband. The church service was lovely as well as the burial at the cemetery. Every person we were in contact with for the two days were very professional and helpful. My family and I were very impressed as well as other guests. Thank you for making this experience during such a difficult time a pleasant one. Karin Jacob 💕

My Father was recently buried and had his funeral service at this facility. It was very beautiful. They gave us lots of attention. The facility was clean and we were well tended to. I was very impressed. My dad would have loved The service and all the detail that went into our care. Thank you!

The funeral and service were great. I don’t have any complaints about that or anyone that we worked with at this facility. My issue is that they have gates that close the entire property at 5:30PM, which we were not told about whatsoever by anyone. These gates open at 8AM & close at 5:30 so if you work normal hours like most people, good luck being able to see your loved one. I can’t possibly get to the cemetery at 8 when they open and be able to make it to work on time. And i can’t make it to the cemetery from work before 5:30. I just think it’s absolutely ridiculous and utterly absurd that they lock these gates so you can’t go visit your loved one whenever. Not all people get weekends off either. It’s very frustrating making the drive to the cemetery to find closed gates after getting ZERO warning or information about only being allowed certain visiting hours. It breaks my heart everyday that i can’t go visit him bc they won’t just leave the gates open…. like every other place does. Had we been told this in advance, we would not have chosen to bury our loved one here.
