When we first met with her to make arrangements for my father’s funeral she came in with open arms and made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond. Jan and her team have handled both of my parents funerals over the past 3 years, my Mom's most recently. They were tremendously sincere and empathetic to my family's needs. I really like the fact you can have a catered meal after the service. That was a perfect way to re-connect with family and friends after the stress leading up to her death. Funeral Directors are some of the hardest working people I know. Especially being on call 24/7 every day of the year. They certainly aren't appreciated for doing a job very few would want. I definitely appreciate all your team did for our family over the past few years.

My mother recently passed away and the arrangements were handled by Doug Fry of Flanner Buchanan. Words cannot express how much we appreciated all that he did for us. He listened to us carefully, walked us through the process of planning the funeral, took care of every detail and created a touching slideshow which featured eagles, one of Mom's favorite birds. I highly recommend Doug Fry and Flanner Buchanan.
